Quality Improvement Corner

Joshua Gregoire, MS, MPH, RN, joined ColigoCare in June as the Quality Manager. Josh has a background in community health and care transitions and most recently worked at a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Manhattan where he was in charge of infection control, nursing quality and clinical workflow. Prior to that, Josh worked at NYU Langone Medical Center as a care manager and was involved in several value-based management initiatives, including a readmission reduction initiative in the heart failure and cardiothoracic surgery population.

 

Over the coming months, Josh will be reaching out to all ColigoCare providers to assist you with quality metrics, performance and the resources available to you to support your patient population in achieving better health.
