Dear Colleague,

 

I am excited to announce a bimonthly ColigoCare newsletter to keep you up to date on key initiatives and developments within the network. The newsletter will be distributed via email and will also be accessible on ColigoCare.com and through Uniphy, ColigoCare’s app.

 

In each month’s newsletter, you will receive updates from ColigoCare’s three core infrastructure teams: Quality, Population Health and Health Information Technology. These teams are led by Joshua Gregoire, MS, MPH, RN, Manager, Quality, ColigoCare; Toni Modak, RN, Director, Population Health; and Clyde Wesp, M.D., MAOM, Chief Health Information Officer, Valley Health System, respectively.

 

Future editions will also include interesting perspectives from our physicians, practitioners and patients.
